Cross Island Round Trip

Cross-Island Round Trip is a service for customers who want to travel across islands with their rental vehicle and return the vehicle to the original pickup location.

Unlike Cross-Island One-Way, where the vehicle is returned at a different location, Cross-Island Round Trip requires the customer to bring the vehicle back to the original pickup location.

Example:

  • Bali → Surabaya → Bali

  • Bali → Lombok → Bali

  • Bali → Jakarta → Bali

Cross-Island Round Trip Fee

Cross-Island Round Trip Fee covers the administrative arrangements, convenience, and safety support required for cross-island travel. For vehicles picked up in Bali or Lombok and taken to Java, a Cross-Island Round Trip Fee applies to all fleet categories. This fee must be paid in advance at the beginning of the rental. 

The fee is calculated based on the total rental duration, not based on the actual number of days the vehicle is used or stays outside the island.

Important Information

  • Cross-Island Round Trip must be requested and approved before the vehicle travels across islands.

  • This specific fee applies to eligible trips from Bali or Lombok to Java, including Surabaya, Yogyakarta, Malang, and Jakarta.

  • Any ferry, port, or transportation related charges are not included in the Round Trip Fee and must be paid separately by customer.
