We understand accidents can happen anytime even to the best of drivers. That’s why we offer the Liability Reduction Option (LRO), the additional coverage that limits the renter’s liability, which protects your wallet from high repair bills in case of an accident, damage to the vehicle with irrespective of fault or theft. The liability is limited to the excess fee. In the event of an accident or theft,the customer should make a police report within 24 hours.
How Does LRO Work?
Without LRO, you’ll be responsible for paying the full excess fee, which can go as high as IDR 50.000.000 depending on the car group.
But with LRO, your liability is reduced to a much lower “Excess Fee”, as shown below:

Example: Say you're driving a SUV car and an accident happens.

Without LRO: You may need to pay up to IDR 27.000.000

With LRO, you’ll only need to cover a Excess Fee that’s a fraction of the cost!
Important Notes:

LRO must be purchased before your rental starts. Once your booking begins, you can no longer add LRO.

For international travellers with travel insurance, Wahdah applies a “pay first, claim later” policy.
