E-Money/Toll Card is a practical and convenient payment option during your trip, especially in Indonesia where electronic transactions are widely used.With our E-Money add-on service, you will receive an initial balance of IDR 50,000. We also offer top-up options tailored to your needs. Below are some recommended top-up options and their typical usage locations.

Available E-Money products include three types: Livin' by Mandiri, Flazz by BCA, and Tap Cash by BNI. You will not be able to choose a specific card type, as they are provided based on availability. However, this will not affect your ability to use the card for various transactions.
Important Notes:

1. Remaining balance: If there is any remaining balance on the E-Money card, WAHDAH is unable to refund it. However, the balance will not expire.

2. Card ownership: The E-Money card becomes your personal property. If you return to Indonesia, the card can be used again.

• Mandatory E-Money Usage:
  Several airports require the use of e-money for entry and exit, as indicated in the information table. Ensure your e-money card has sufficient balance before entering the parking area to avoid any inconvenience when exiting.

• Cash Payment Option:
  Some airport terminals still accept cash payments, offering flexibility for travelers who do not have an e-money card.

• Single Card Policy:
  The same card must be used for both entry and exit at all airports.

• E-Money balance cannot be refunded
  The balance on the e-Money card cannot be refunded in cash, converted to WaPoint, combined with deposit fees, or used in conjunction with other promotions in any form.

• E-Money card becomes personal property
  Once received, the e-Money card becomes the personal property of the user. We are not responsible for its use thereafter.

• Forgotten cards
  If the e-Money card is left behind, we will keep it for a maximum of 30 calendar days from the vehicle return date. After this period, we are not responsible for its whereabouts.
