Recently traveled to Malaysia jb and was trying to rent a car. I went to so many rental shops, but every single one of them told me that walk-ins weren't allowed and that I needed a prior booking. I was starting to feel completely stuck until I found WAHDAH. ​That’s where I met Mr. Dinesh, and he was an absolute lifesaver. He was incredibly calm and helpful, guiding me step-by-step through the whole process. What really stood out was his amazing hospitality—while I was waiting, he kept checking in on me to make sure I was doing good & comfortable . Honestly, without his presence and assistance, I would have been completely stranded. ​Their customer service is truly excellent. On top of that, the waiting time for the car was barely anything—it took just about 15 to 20minutes to collect because they were thoroughly cleaning the vehicle before handing it over, as I booked it last min. The pricing was also very reasonable for the Perodua Bezza I booked for 2 days. ​Overall, a flawless 5/5 experience. Huge thanks to Mr. Dinesh and the WAHDAH team!

Whole experience from pickup to return was seamless. Staff from WahDah was already there waiting at the airport when we arrived, and he was also there waiting for us when we returned the car at the airport. The car that we rented was clean and well-maintained. Overall it was a very satisfactory experience.

All aspects of the car booking to collection and return are excellent. Would advise to check with the local parking apps for outstanding summons as the car we rented had 3 unpaid ones.

1. Having a phone holder ready in the car really adds on to the positive customer experience. 2. It would be even better if it comes along with the USB car cigarette lighter adapter so we can charge our phones during the journey.
