Top notch for punctuality, cleanliness, communication and ease of taking over and returning vehicle. These are the important factors I look for when renting a car. Will definitely return and introduce to friends. Having said that, areas of improvement include exploring extending the hours for weekend car returns as the current 2pm cutoff time is just too short and reducing the cost for extension of car rental period as it is very expensive now. The daily rates are acceptable.

Appreciate the opportunity to drive the C28 for the price of C27. The liaison persons for handover and take over was very approachable. The vehicle was well maintained and we try to return it as clean as we can. Hope to try again soon
