Very convenient. We rented a vehicle pick up from Penang and returned the car in Ipoh. Vehicle was send to our hotel and pick up from hotel.

Very reliable service provider. I got a brand new Toyota Vios with everything inside including a dashcam and apple CarPlay monitor. However the windscreen is tinted more than JPJ specs and the back windows were heavily tinted which are not my likings. Otherwise, overall I would give 5-star for the car.
