All went well and smooth. Some suggestion is to get the handover representative to explain briefly on the car functionality. It’s ok for me but other may not be familiar.

Absolutely a fuss free car rental experience. We got a brand new innova zenix with only 1.5km mileage - who doesn’t love the smell of a new car? In regards of communication, not only did we have tons of extensive exchanges over WhatsApp before the rental, on the day of pick up and return our heroes were very patient, punctual, helpful, and communicative - I’d like to express my sincere gratitude for our heroes because of that. I’m especially appreciative of the SLRO option on Wahdah.my which gave me an extra peace of mind. Turns out driving a 7 seater in KL is ok! I definitely didn’t regret upgrading to innova for long road trips and my passengers could all agree. Hopefully in near future we will have SLRO option on wahdah.sg too! Team Wahdah you should be proud of the service yourselves. 👍 I’ll 100% recommend to friends and families, and come back to Wahdah next time I visit.

Everything, from delivering the car to my address until picking it up from my other address (different city), went very well. Car was as promised and I enjoyed it. Next time I surely will be calling Wahdah again for a car ;-)!

Both Adil and Sobri handled my takeover and return of the vehicle responsively, punctually and professionally. This is my first experience with Wahdah and it was a good one. Hoping the refund of deposit in 10 days’ time will also be smooth.

En Razmi was extremely helpful and patient in explaining the features of the car. He provided a helpful suggestion on how to return the car at the airport if I return it earlier than the stated time.
