The car was excellent for our trip to Kuala Lumpur. Thank you for the well-thought-out arrangement to collect the ca at Holiday Inn and inspect the car in advance m. This was truly a value-added service, as it took into account the importance of time for anyone renting the car.

Everything is good except when I had an accident, and after reported the incident to the team, I was advised to wait for a hero to contact me for Instruction. I waited for 45 mins before someone contacted me. Luckily the driver I got into an accident with was patient and understanding and waited with me throughout. If it would be another not so friendly driver I guess I will be scolded by him and would have already submitted a police report. It would be better if immediate assistance can be rendered for someone encountering accident in a foreign country for the first time.
