Top notch for punctuality, cleanliness, communication and ease of taking over and returning vehicle. These are the important factors I look for when renting a car. Will definitely return and introduce to friends. Having said that, areas of improvement include exploring extending the hours for weekend car returns as the current 2pm cutoff time is just too short and reducing the cost for extension of car rental period as it is very expensive now. The daily rates are acceptable.

it was my first time renting from them as my regular car rental insisted to charge high extra fees as i was arriving late into penang at about 8+pm. Wahdah whole process of renting, taking and returning car was easy. car is clean and they worked over normal working hours to meet you with no surcharge.
