Great experience renting a car from Ipoh Station for our trip to the Cameron Highlands. The communication was clear and straightforward throughout, making the whole process easy and hassle-free.

Very good service. Good customer service, always responsive to my questions and all at all times. Took the initiative to take photos and even a car tour before I reached the pick up point. Booking and return experience is very smooth. Car is clean, some minor defects and scratches but all were pointed out by the precheck photos they sent. Overall would recommend!

1)Was involved in an accident with a motorcycle which hit our vehicle from the back. No dashcam/rear cam installed in vehicle which could have been used for proof. 2)On 1st night, when i picked up vehicle late, i realised the car horn was not working. Verified the following day and informed your car rep about it. But because Wahdah could not provide similar sized mpv and we had no time to drive out to do exchange, the entire experience of driving without horn was challenging as other road users can be really inconsiderate and reckless.

Everything was good.

This is my 3rd booking, and this time it’s from the Penang mini hub. Service has been consistent throughout my experiences so far. One thing that would be ‘a nice to have’ is an option for dashcam and/or smart tag, maybe like a rental or something. Other than that, I only have compliments for the service.

Willy and Dylan were very hospitable and understanding. They went the extra mile for even minor yet critical issues like helping me obtain and top up my Touch And Go card. They are a trustworthy service!
