Online booking is user friendly and simplify documents upload convenient. Customer service is responsive. Definitely will book agian.

So far so good, overall is still good experience. Just 1 thing to comment, the staff who handover car to us in the airport, he actually asked us to change the return car location (for their convenience), but we have already set the location in the beginning. We returned the car to the location we chose in the beginning.
