The service was good, and the staff—especially Hero—was very responsive. However, I would suggest adding some flexibility when customers request early pickup; perhaps consider offering a small discount in such cases. Additionally, we returned the vehicle earlier than scheduled, but no refund was provided for the unused time. It would be great if you could review this policy to make it fairer for customers. Lastly, your pricing is becoming quite high, which may discourage future bookings and makes it difficult to confidently recommend your service to friends.

I've rented a car from Wahdah a few times now, and every experience has been excellent. The staff are always very friendly and professional.
