WaClub Membership Program Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Policy”) govern the WaClub Membership Program (“Program”), a loyalty initiative administered by PT WAHDAH Mobility Tech. (“WAHDAH”). By participating in the Program, members agree to be bound by this Policy.

 

1. Overview of the WaClub Membership Program

1.1 The Program offers eligible participants the opportunity to earn and redeem rewards based on their bookings with WAHDAH.

1.2 The Program is divided into two tiers:

1.2.1 WaClub Basic Membership

Automatically granted to individuals upon completing a booking on WAHDAH's official website.

1.2.2 WaClub Premium Membership

A subscription-based tier offering enhanced benefits, subject to the terms herein.

 

2. Eligibility for WaClub Premium Membership

2.1 Applicants for WaClub Premium Membership (“Applicants”) must meet the following criteria:

2.1.1 Be aged between twenty-three (23) and sixty-five (65) years, as per WAHDAH Rental & Leasing Terms and Conditions.

2.1.2 Possess a valid government-issued identification document (passport)

2.1.3 Have the financial ability to remit the membership fee.

2.1.4 Agree to the terms and policies of the Program as published on www.wahdah.id.

2.2 WAHDAH reserves the right to verify eligibility and may require supporting documentation.

2.3 WAHDAH retains absolute discretion to approve or reject any application without providing a reason.

 

3. Registration Process

3.1 Registration for WaClub Premium Membership may be completed through the following methods:

3.1.1 Direct Purchase via Website

Applicants may select the "Join WaClub Premium" call-to-action and remit the membership fee. Upon payment, members enjoy immediate benefits, including a 5% discount on eligible bookings.

3.1.2 Purchase During Booking

Applicants may opt to join the Program during a booking. The membership fee will be added to the total transaction, and benefits, such as a 5% discount, will apply immediately.

 

4. Membership Term and Renewal

4.1 The WaClub Premium Membership is valid for one (1) year from the date of successful registration.

4.2 Members must renew their membership by paying the applicable fee to continue enjoying benefits.

 

5. Membership Benefits

5.1 WaCLub Premium Members are entitled to the following:

5.1.1 Loyalty Points Accrual

Earn 1.5 WaPoints per pending eligible bookings.

5.1.2 No Deposit Requirement

Members are exempt from deposit requirements (subject to Clause 6.3).

5.1.3 Discount

An additional 5% discount on eligible bookings, combinable with other promotions.

5.1.3 Bonus WaPoints

A one-time allocation of 10,000 WaPoints upon successful enrollment. Please note that WaPoints redeemed are specific to your local currency and can be redeemed based on the terms and conditions under the WaClub rewards program. The table below illiustrates he price of WaClub Premium Membership in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR), Indonesian Rupiah (IDR), and Singapore Dollar (SGD), along with the corresponding value of WaPoints and their conversion rates across the three currencies.

 

 

6. General Conditions

6.1 WAHDAH reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program, including its structure, benefits, or redemption criteria, at any time without prior notice.

6.2 WaPoints redemption values and benefits availability may be subject to change.

6.3 The no-deposit benefit is not applicable for multiple bookings with identical durations or overlapping times.

 

7. Fees and Payments

7.1 The WaClub Premium Membership fee is fixed at MYR300 per annum (or equivalent in other currencies, as stated on WAHDAH website).

7.2 Payment must be made online via WAHDAH’s platform during registration or renewal.

 

8. Cancellation Policy

8.1 Membership Cancellation

8.1.1 Members may cancel their membership by submitting a written request to support@wahdah.my or via WhatsApp at +62 852 1942 9732

8.1.2 Membership fees are strictly non-refundable. Upon cancellation, all benefits and accrued WaPoints will be revoked immediately.

8.2 Booking Cancellation

8.2.1 In cases where the membership fee is part of a booking transaction, the IDR 1.000.000 (or equivalent in other currencies) fee is non-refundable.

8.2.2 Refunds for membership fees are at WAHDAH’s discretion and limited to first-time members.

 

9. Use of Membership

9.1 WaClub Premium Membership is non-transferable and intended solely for the registered member.

9.2 Discounts and benefits are limited to individual bookings and cannot be applied to multiple simultaneous reservations.

9.3 Unauthorized use of membership benefits may result in suspension or termination of the membership.

 

10. Dispute Resolution

In the event of disputes or claims, members must contact WAHDAH through official channels. Resolution will be subject to WAHDAH’s sole discretion.

 

11. Personal Data Protection

WAHDAH is committed to protecting members’ personal information in compliance with applicable data protection laws. Details on data collection, use, and protection are available within WAHDAH’s Privacy Policy.

 

12. Amendments to Terms and Conditions

WAHDAH reserves the right to revise this Policy at any time without prior notice. Members are encouraged to review the most updated terms on www.wahdah.id.

 

13. Disclaimer and Communication

By enrolling in the WaClub Membership Program, members affirm their understanding and acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. Any breach may result in suspension or termination of membership at WAHDAH's sole discretion.
