i give 1000 marks for this rental service. one of the best experience I'd had booking from a Malaysia car rental site. Better than some international brand. Estima 2.4A is superbly good to drive. Car receive (and return) is clean and full tank. Hero send and receive the Estima is kind, polite and patience depsite several of my questions. very wonderful experience. Definiely will book again~!!!

Are you operating a legal car rental company because I rented car from you (booking no. MY232419). The car given to me was proton beza DDX7627. When I lodge a car rental claim with my insurance company, I was informed that this car does not belong to a company. It belongs to a private individual and because of this they are not going to pay for my car rental. Do you care to explain this matter to me?

Excellent service! I had to return the car at 7 AM to catch a bus, and the Hiro Asyraaf arrived on time so I didn't have to wait at all. Also, their customer service on WhatsApp is incredibly responsive and helpful whenever I had trouble using the app. Highly recommended!"

Customer service was abit slow intially but once the date of rental started, it was fantastic. The rental car was almost new without any problems. You have to fill back the fuel you used though. But overall experience is fantastic. Thank you Wahdah.
