The service was very good. The support on the chatline was helpful. And the drivers who delivered/picked up the cars were very cooperative.

If returning cars at the airport or anywhere after office hours, perhaps to have a drop off box attached to the car to return the key and request customer to park at a proper car park if this helps.

Very good service and communication. And also very customer focused. I picked up the car and returned in Penang. Due last minute changes to my plans, I had to ask to change the car return/drop off location. No issue with the changes (twice). Will definitely rent from Wahdah again on my next trip back to Malaysia!!
