Excellent and prompt interactions. Encountered some problems with the online booking but was quickly resolved when their agent stepped in. The pick up and return service was handled professionally. Overall, it’s been a wonderful experience.

Managed to rent a car one day before. It is convenient as the car is delivered to my preferred location and able to arrange to return the car at my other preferred location.

Once awhile the dashboard shows that the car need to be service. Somehow the steering did feels like 'lari' a bit. In future, please provide the copy of road tax of the vehicle too.

All ok.

My overall experience renting a car through Wahdah was very good. There was a bit of confusion about how many cars I was renting because the website doesn’t allow the customer to remove items from any cart. A partially completed reservation without payment was left in place after I started a new reservation with modifications from the first one. This led to Wahdah not understanding that I wanted to reserve a car with a different drop off location from the pick up location. The website could be improved to allow the user greater flexibility when making a reservation that requires modifications.

Customer service is responsive and helpful to our requests. Functions of the rented car are working properly. Providing optional TnG card purchase option is a plus for smooth highway toll payment. But there is a catch. As per response from the CS, we expected the car was equipped with Apple CarPlay, but when we picked up the car it is not the case. The problem is we can accept the car is not equipped with CarPlay, but we expect it is informed beforehand.

This is my second time booking with Wahdah, and this time it was a last minute booking. I made the reservation on the same day I needed to use the car, and there were no issues at all. The car arrived on time, and the service was very flexible. The vehicle was in very good condition and clean as well. The staff who handed over and collected the car were very friendly and approachable. Will definitely book again next time.
