I specifically requested that you not provide me with a red-colored car, but your shop gave me exactly that. On top of that, the car came with scratches on the left side and a cracked left-side mirror. I purchased full comprehensive insurance from you, so I expected the car to be provided in a proper and acceptable condition. This situation is very disappointing and unacceptable. Please take note that next time, I will not accept a car in this kind of condition. I will request to exchange it for another car immediately.

Overall, everything was good. Communication was smooth, and the staff were very friendly and nice to deal with. The only issue was the condition of the car this time. The wheel bearing was extremely noisy at highway speeds, and all four shock absorbers seemed to have issues as well. The car had quite serious vibration and swaying when driving at higher speeds, which made the drive uncomfortable and felt unsafe. Other than the car condition, the service and staff were great. Hopefully the vehicle can be checked and properly maintained before the next rental.

Service is considered good but the quality of cars need to be looked at. The first car had safety belt problems while the second car's suspension is not very good.
