it was my first time renting from them as my regular car rental insisted to charge high extra fees as i was arriving late into penang at about 8+pm. Wahdah whole process of renting, taking and returning car was easy. car is clean and they worked over normal working hours to meet you with no surcharge.

They explained the administrative parts clearly during the collection and checked our cars with us before handing over. Cars were very clean inside with no foul smell and the whole process was smooth and quick! Special shoutout to Mr Fahrid from JB gateway hub, who was very patient and helpful in assisting us with the collection and return administrative works with the cars. He was also proactive and accommodating to bring us to our next destinations quickly while ensuring everyone were well-taken care of during the journey. Please add more pickup and drop-off points in JB. Typically those designated locations coming from Singapore, such as Mid valley Southkey, Toppen shopping mall, etc..

Commendable service with delivering the vehicle to house and pick up as well. Really accommodating and comfortable during travel..

The wiper needs replacement. The fuel tank does not open when i pull the leaver.

Easy to book. Many different type of cars to choose from. We drive in 2 cars from Singapore as we have 7 persons and we have elderly with us. We decided to rent a 10 seater staria for our trip to Kuantan. It will be best if Wahdah can have a parking area for our sg cars (we parked in front of shop).
