Superb experience in renting from Wahdah, easy to collect and return vehicle at KLIA airport. Staff was very communicative and very helpful in coordinating vehicle collection and return. Vehicle (Alphard 2.5) was in very good condition, everything ran smoothly, engine was smooth, all electronics worked perfectly, and interior was very clean - family was happy during the trip. I would definitely rent from Wahdah again.

Vehicle arrived early for collection and when returning. In addition, the vehicle was clean and about 40k mileage on the Proton X50. Some squeaking when braking when the brake is cold after just starting the car in the morning and no wiper fluid.

Everything is good except when I had an accident, and after reported the incident to the team, I was advised to wait for a hero to contact me for Instruction. I waited for 45 mins before someone contacted me. Luckily the driver I got into an accident with was patient and understanding and waited with me throughout. If it would be another not so friendly driver I guess I will be scolded by him and would have already submitted a police report. It would be better if immediate assistance can be rendered for someone encountering accident in a foreign country for the first time.
