Best car rental ever. I love their top notch service and fast responses. My car had some issues with the aircon and the team immediately set out to find a car which could fit my family’s travelling criteria. In the end they exchanged my car with one from the highest tier, without charging me a top up. This was my 4th or 5th time renting a car from them and it definitely will not be my last. Shoutout to Hero Fariz from WAHDAH JB hub, he was very nice and communicated well on the pickup point and communication was really smooth, The car was in good condition with minor scratches on the bottom side of the car which was pointed out by the other Heroes at the HUB to ensure everything was smooth for me. The car was nice to drive and will definitely come back again if i am looking to rent a car!
