3rd time renting with, and it was another great experience. The booking process was hassle-free, the customer service team was excellent, and the vehicle was clean and in good condition. I'm very satisfied and will definitely be renting again in the near future.

Once an on-ground Wahdah Heronwas identified in Kuala Terengganu, it was smooth flowing all the way. Wahdah hero Siti Munirah gave us specific instructions on where to pick-up and drop-off our rental and it was such a convenience to have a rental in Terengganu that allowed us to explore the state.

Service was great, handoff and pickup all excellent. However the Alphard was a ‘grey import’ from Japan without the in-car electronic features of an Alphard bought in Malaysian market - it had an aftermarket AV unit instead of original Toyota one with no 360° camera view when reversing and no access to vehicle’s front camera (useful for parking etc). Also the car’s body kit was loose at the front. It was a different registration plate to the one quoted in my Wahdah pickup slip.
