Best car rental ever. I love their top notch service and fast responses. My car had some issues with the aircon and the team immediately set out to find a car which could fit my family’s travelling criteria. In the end they exchanged my car with one from the highest tier, without charging me a top up. This was my 4th or 5th time renting a car from them and it definitely will not be my last. Sadly I was not pleased but perhaps I was at fault with my car choice as we changed last monent.The car I had was a jalopy. Suspension wishbones tired,wheels out of balance, windscrean wipers worn. Not to mention slugishness of motor. That car was a dinosaur. Totota 6 seater.

Excellent, however, Mazda CX5 Driver and Passenger sit seem too short, it was very slippery to sit on. This unit is not meant for long distance drive to Perlis. While Hyundai Staria is a perfect car.
