We had great experience with Wahdah rental company from the very first contact made months before actual rental till the last moment when returning vehicle in the airport before departure Malaysia. Each and every person communicated with us was very friendly and helpful with any details of rental conditions, vehicle operations, etc. As first time visitors to Malaysia we had really appreciated all support received from the personnel of Wahdah Company. The provided vehicle was relevantly new with low mileage and in perfect operational condition. It was the right choice for family trip around the country. Iskandar is very nice. When handing to us he told us some basic things to watch when driving in kuching. He even gave me parking coupons to use. He has been very responsive. He sent a guy to help within 30 min when the car battery is dead. He swapped us another car to use when our rented car needed a coupon hours of maintenance service. A very smooth experience with the rental car in our 1 month stay in kuching.
