It is my first time engaging car rental with driver service. The driver, Mr Rifky, is such a friendly and knowledgeable about Jakarta that he recommended new places of interest, restaurants. He even accomodate to our itinerary despite slight changes. More importantly he is punctual and arrive 15 minutes earlier upon picking us up from our stay destination to airport. Indeed, with his great planning of time, I am able to have a quick visit of Pik2, have lunch at Kampung Kechil and to the airport with ample time for check-in. Huge compliment to Mr Rifky and definitely will engage Wahdah Car services again in future trips to Jakarta or Bandung.

My 4th overall with Wahdah and 1st with Johor Hub. Very positive experience; the service by Amirul, Noor and Hafiz is very satisfactory and on time. They are customer-inclined. The Johor Hub facilities (toilet, sofa, TV) helped me to get some time to settle our family logistics transfer frm car to shuttle van while my young boys watch a cartoon on Netflix, very cosy set-up. I will definitely come back because there are so much places to visit in Msia and the car rental platform is easy to use. Will this review get me a promo code next time?
