one proposal: I expected a usual station to give back the car at the opening times - but your company make the car return "on the fly" / thats a good idea but pls inform the customer more clearly about that - example: we had a flight-back home at 2pm and made the use time for the car at 3pm (to be sure) ... but later we recognized that 3 pm is then the EXACT car return time all in all good car / good service / good communication Ulrike Koehler
