We had great experience with Wahdah rental company from the very first contact made months before actual rental till the last moment when returning vehicle in the airport before departure Malaysia. Each and every person communicated with us was very friendly and helpful with any details of rental conditions, vehicle operations, etc. As first time visitors to Malaysia we had really appreciated all support received from the personnel of Wahdah Company. The provided vehicle was relevantly new with low mileage and in perfect operational condition. It was the right choice for family trip around the country. I always rent vehicles whenever in KL. This is my first time engaging Wahdah’s service. Firstly, I would like to compliment on the seamless and professional user interface for vehicle booking and email notification as compare to some company I utilised before. Wahdah’s email is clear will all the information required. Secondly, Wahdah is flexible in car pick & return time and location with no extra cost. Which is a big plus point for a customer. Thirdly, very responsive Hero, Izzul in WA communications. Irfan was also very friendly and accommodating when sending and picking up the vehicle. He has a big & welcoming smile. Area of improvement; could shorten the duration for the refund if the deposit. Instead of 15 days. Will definately engage Wahdah’s service from now on whenever I’m in KL.
