The model was exactly what I had rented. The vehicle was in very good condition and very clean. The vehicle pick-up and drop-off points were at Terminal 1 of Kuala Lumpur Airport. Everything went very smoothly; I highly recommend this rental agency.

I would suggest to have in charge person to meet and inspect vehicle when returning it instead a key drop in box, to avoid unnecessary process in case something happen with the vehicle (not same condition as when car being picked up). Overall I had great experience, hope will deal with them again in future.
