Vehicle provided was in good/new condition and had no issues. Was able to communicate with representative through whatsapp with quick replies.

The car rental service went well. The car arrived in good condition and clean inside and outside. We were met by the Wahdah representative on time per our booking and communication was straight forward using wattsapp. Thank you for helping us enjoy our visit to Ipoh and surrounding sites.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent Service from Wahdah! We recently used Wahdah car rental for the first time as we were traveling as a big family of 9 and needed more than one vehicle. From start to finish, the experience was smooth and pleasant. We were picked up from Singapore and taken to the Wahdah hub, where we switched to our rental car. The car was clean, spacious, and well-equipped with useful accessories like a USB charging port and handphone mount — small touches that made our trip more convenient. On our return, we were delayed by 45 minutes due to a traffic jam. Despite this, the Wahdah team was very understanding and even helped arrange a car to take us back to Singapore, which we truly appreciated. One small suggestion: it would be helpful if their driver could contact customers using a common Wahdah number, so it's easier to identify and communicate without confusion. Overall, I was extremely happy with their service. Friendly staff, reliable vehicles, and great customer support — highly recommend Wahdah for a hassle-free car rental experience!

Hopefully will come back and use Wahdah again.

Very fast and responsive service. Booked through the website, but was quickly attended to by the Wahdah HQ people via whatsapp on how to go about the booking. The car arrived on time and it was a seamless experience from the start til the end of the booking. Definitely recommended! Senang deal and senang urus.
