It is my first time engaging car rental with driver service. The driver, Mr Rifky, is such a friendly and knowledgeable about Jakarta that he recommended new places of interest, restaurants. He even accomodate to our itinerary despite slight changes. More importantly he is punctual and arrive 15 minutes earlier upon picking us up from our stay destination to airport. Indeed, with his great planning of time, I am able to have a quick visit of Pik2, have lunch at Kampung Kechil and to the airport with ample time for check-in. Huge compliment to Mr Rifky and definitely will engage Wahdah Car services again in future trips to Jakarta or Bandung.

Great rental service! The car was dropped off at our hotel in Kuala Lumpur and after a week it was picked up again at our hotel in Georgetown Penang. This went very smoothly and only required a sign-off signature, as everything was already provided up front (online upload of passport and driver license). My hero (dropped off and picked up the car) communicated often and clearly, showed interest in our trip and answered any questions we had. Car was clean and we had no issues along the way!
