Best car rental ever. I love their top notch service and fast responses. My car had some issues with the aircon and the team immediately set out to find a car which could fit my family’s travelling criteria. In the end they exchanged my car with one from the highest tier, without charging me a top up. This was my 4th or 5th time renting a car from them and it definitely will not be my last. The staff was very friendly. Instruction given by them were clear. They even send photos and video to show where to meet them at JB central. Taking over the vehicle is easy, take pictures for save keepings. Staff also point out existing damages for me to take note and photograph it. The Proton X50 was a wonderful car. Had a low mileage of below 50k Km. The car was practically brand new. They even had it wash before i take over. Overall, it was a pleasant experience renting with WAHDAH.
