We were really pleased with how good direct communication was with WAHDAH via WhatsApp. And how everything worked out so well with delivery of the car to our pick up point at Terreganu airport and how simple the return procedure was. Direct communication worked so much better than our efforts to book via the WAHDAH online system which we found frustrating. And it was so refreshing to deal with a car hire company that is honest from the beginning about their price and what is included, with no surprise additions later in the process.

Overall good experience with wahdah, the car perform well but was underpower for the mountains roads. Better Communication for handover vehicle can improve though...like video where to meet etc. Vehicle function also not shared with me on first day but I am satisfied still.
