We had great experience with Wahdah rental company from the very first contact made months before actual rental till the last moment when returning vehicle in the airport before departure Malaysia. Each and every person communicated with us was very friendly and helpful with any details of rental conditions, vehicle operations, etc. As first time visitors to Malaysia we had really appreciated all support received from the personnel of Wahdah Company. The provided vehicle was relevantly new with low mileage and in perfect operational condition. It was the right choice for family trip around the country. Excellent service and great ride! This was my first time with WAHDAH and I had an awesome experience. The collection and return was smooth and easy. It was unfortunate that my upgrade of Myvi to Honda City was rescinded due to issues with the Honda City, but I still had a great ride with the original booking of Myvi. One thing that could have been better would be the checking of vehicle during collection. It was a quick walk around with the staff pointing out various scratches. I would appreciate it if we took the time to really examine the car as it would ease my mind more in case there was any scratches left unchecked and not be included in the checklist. Overall I would support and use WAHDAH again if given a chance. I look forward to my next ride!
